We do our best to keep an eye out for out of place items and will at times be able to make small adjustments, but for best results we require that the property is in shoot ready condition by the time we arrive.

No, the media provided is only licensed to the client who booked the service. Giving any other party media is a copyright infringement and will result in takedown notices and further action only if needed. Our clients can give stagers, home owners, or any other third party our contact information and we can license the photos to them directly.

All pets must be kept off the property or taken for a long walk during the shoot. The quality of the final product will be negatively affected by this. The optimal setting for us to produce high quality media is to shoot with the most limited number of occupants possible (ideally 0). In the case of workers, contractors, etc, we will not shoot the spaces if there are people working there unless they clear the rooms or areas by the time we get to that section of the home.
